Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This policy is provisional and may be updated as Serverloka completes its business registration. We will honor the spirit of this policy in the meantime.
Overview
Serverloka sells prepaid digital services. Because most digital goods are consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the rules below.
Wallet Top-Ups
Unused wallet balance may be refunded upon request, less any payment-gateway processing fees incurred at the time of the top-up. Balance that has already been spent on services is not eligible for a refund.
AI Credits
Usage that has already been metered and consumed is non-refundable. If you believe a metering error occurred, contact support and we will review your usage records and credit any confirmed discrepancy.
VPS Services
If a VPS instance fails to provision, the charge is automatically returned to your wallet. Time already consumed on an active instance is non-refundable. Cancelling a server stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
Failed or duplicate payments are automatically reversed where detected. A payment whose amount does not match the expected order total is held for manual review; your wallet will not be credited until the discrepancy is resolved. Contact support to expedite the review.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of the charge. Please include your order or payment reference so we can locate the transaction quickly.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your Serverloka wallet by default. Where feasible, a refund to the original payment method may be arranged instead. Please allow several business days for processing.
Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact support before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We can often resolve the issue faster directly, and an uncontested chargeback may result in account suspension.
