These terms are provisional. Serverloka is currently operated by an individual proprietor with business entity formation in progress. Terms will be updated when registration is complete.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Serverloka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
What Serverloka Is
Serverloka is a cloud and AI platform. We provide cloud servers (via upstream infrastructure providers) and prepaid AI model credits. Our service depends on those upstream providers and is currently operated by an independent proprietor, with formal business entity formation in progress.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, verify your email address, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person is permitted.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Serverloka for any unlawful purpose. You may not abuse VPS or AI services through attacks, spam, malware, unauthorized scraping, or any activity that violates our upstream providers' terms of service. Serverloka may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.
Wallet & Payments
Serverloka operates on a prepaid wallet. You may top up your balance via supported gateways, including card and local payment methods. Prices are shown in your preferred currency and may change over time. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the services.
AI Credits
AI credits are consumed per request and metered in real time. Usage estimates shown before a request may differ slightly from final metered amounts. The models available through Serverloka may change over time as upstream providers update their offerings.
VPS Services
VPS instances are provisioned through upstream cloud providers and are subject to their availability and terms. You are responsible for your own data and must maintain your own backups on any instance you run. Instances may be suspended or destroyed after a grace period if your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the service.
Suspension & Termination
Serverloka may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or during maintenance or safety events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you except where immediate action is required.
Service "As Is"
Services are provided as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Service continuity depends on our upstream providers and payment gateways.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Serverloka's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding 30 days. Serverloka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Serverloka after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the operating entity's jurisdiction.
